Fujian Jiangyuan Food Co., Ltd. is located at No. 2 Tianfeng Road, Tianfeng Town, Nanjing County, Fujian Province, with convenient transportation. The company has a registered capital of 1000 million RMB and operates as a domestic enterprise. Its business scope includes deep processing of ginger products. Spanning over 16 mu of land and covering 10280 square meters in building area, the company currently employs 70 staff members. Leveraging high-quality fat ginger resources from the Minnan region and employing unique processing techniques, the company specializes in producing a wide range of ginger products. It offers five product lines: brined ginger, sugared ginger, crystallized ginger, sushi ginger, and organic ginger. These products are primarily exported to the EU, the United States, Australia, and other regions.

Since its founding, the company has continuously strengthened business management and elevated R&D and quality control standards to ensure steady product quality improvements. Guided by our belief in "surviving through quality and growing through innovation," we consistently refine operational techniques, develop new processing methods, and have launched an automated "syrup ginger production line" to reduce labor intensity, accelerate production schedules, and enhance both product quality and output.
